Truetells Nigeria also gathered that what is annoying to many customers is the fact that the operator is yet to  confirm breakdown in network via any channel  to its subscribers.

Lamenting network difficulties yesterday, a Spectranet subscriber from Lagos(Obawole,Ogba), Vera Nweze  expressed concern about her inability to access use the network data services ‘for the past four days’.

The subscriber explained that she had a difficult moment while trying to speak to her family members through Spectranet line, as the network was not connecting.

Another subscriber of the operator, who spoke to us on the condition of anonymity from Lekki, Lagos State told this online medium that his Spectranet line was inaccessible all through last week.

The subscriber explained: “I am worried that since noon when I tried to call my friends in Lagos and Abuja. But the calls were not going through.

As a result, some of the users, who also subscribed to other telecom service providers, have since switched over in the interim to link up with friends and family.

Spectranet network has maintained its leading network position since its inception in Nigeria, when it rolled out its data services in the federation but it must be said that its customers are not happy at the moment due to epileptic services they are currently experiencing.

Truetells Nigeria tried to speak to the network’s Corporate Affairs Department for further clarifications but the latter’s line could not be reached as at press time.
