he agenda of the meeting was not clear earlier, but there were claims that it could be part of Tinubu’s reconciliatory moves to pacify aggrieved presidential aspirants.

Tinubu had the company of Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Bello Matawalle (Zamfara); and Abdullahi Ganduje (Kano) to the meeting with the Kogi State Governor.

Former governor of Edo State and former national chairman of the APC, Adams Oshiomhole, was also part of the the entourage.

At the meeting today, Bello announced a donation of an office to the presidential campaign of Bola Tinubu.

Responding to the governor’s gesture, Tinubu thanked Bello and assured that he will work for the party and the country’s unity.

Recall that Governor Bello was one of the 22 other APC presidential aspirants beaten by Tinubu on Wednesday at the party’s primary election held in Abuja to clinch the party’s presidential ticket for the 2023 general elections.
