Winners have emerged from the 2021 AFRIMA Award ceremony which was held in Lagos State, Nigeria on Sunday night.
Naija News reports that AFRIMA is an annual event that celebrates the achievements of musicians and singers across the African continent.
The show was hosted by Eddie Kadi and Pearl Thusi, and witnessed singing performances from Patoranking, Chike, Olakira, D’banj among others
Nigerian singer, Wizkid had a great night at the show held at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, scooping three awards out of the four nominations he got this year including the Best Artiste of the Year award.
Other awards he won on the night include Best Song of the Year and Best African Collaborations.
