We have no record of Obaseki’s defection – APC

The All Progressives Congress has said that they have no record of the embattled Governor of Edo state, Godwin Obaseki’s defection.

 

Reacting to Obaseki’s announcement of leaving the APC on Tuesday afternoon, APC’s National Publicity Secretary Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu said;

 

“We cannot comment at this moment on media reports suggesting the Edo governor or anyone else has left our great party.

“The party has no record of the reported defection of Governor Godwin Obaseki from the Progressive party”.
