Voters stop INEC vehicle from proceeding to polling unit in Khana LGA Rivers state as most BVAs machines have no sim cards or batteries (video)

Voters in Khana LGA of Rivers state have stopped an INEC vehicle from proceeding to the polling unit alleging that the BVAS machines meant for accrediting voters and uploading results to INEC’s online server have no sim cards or battery.

In a video uploaded online by a witness, people can be seen stopping the vehicle and verbally bashing INEC officials.
