Seyi Makinde Dumps Wike’s Led G5 Governors Group, Campaigns For Atiku [VIDEO]

The Governor of Oyo state, Engr Seyi Makinde has dumped Wike’s group to declare his support for Atiku’s presidential ambition in the election coming up next month.

The politician was seen in a video yesterday speaking to a teeming crowd and asking them to vote for the PDP during the presidential election and governorship election.

These were his words

‘’Please, on March 11 and February 25, you will vote, you will come out en masse to vote the PDP’’

This is coming after Wike’s group which consists of five aggrieved governors namely Nyesom Wike, Samuel Ortom, Seyi Makinde, Okezie Ikpeazu and Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi pulled out of Atiku’s campaign due to the unwillingness of the party’s national chairman, Iyorchia Ayu to resign his position.

There are reports that the governors have settled to work for opposition candidates against Atiku but the recent appeal of Seyi Makinde to the people of Oyo states seems like a pull-out from the G-5 group.
