Rhodes Yoga Nigeria Set To Hold Its Annual Yoga Festival

Rhodes Yoga Nigeria is thrilled to announce its annual yoga festival, scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, at JJT Park Alausa Ikeja Lagos.

This year’s event aims to reach a wider audience, building on last year’s success with over 100 in-person and 200 virtual participants from around the globe.

Rhodes Yoga Festival is an annual celebration of the benefits of Yoga for physical and mental well-being.

The event which is aimed to provide individuals with essential skills and personal development will have over 300 participants from various works of life.

According to Erimoroti Motolani Aransiola, Founder and Lead Teacher, the event is made to be more impactful by expanding the reach as against the initial, enriching the experiences of all the participants.

“The Rhodes Yoga Festival is an annual celebration of the benefits of yoga for physical and mental well-being. Last year, we had the pleasure of hosting over 100 participants in person, with an additional 200 individuals joining us virtually from around the globe. This year, we aim to make the event even more impactful by expanding our reach and offering enriching experiences to all participants”.

“We also aim to Empower 200 Adolescent Girls in our community through Yoga, Mentorship, Capacity Building and 3 Months Menstrual Hygiene Package via our ProjectWalkwithMe Fundraiser. These programs will introduce adolescent girls to yoga as a way to cope with growing pains, equip them with essential skills for future employment and personal development, while also addressing the critical need for menstrual hygiene products.”
