The Premier League will convene an emergency meeting next Thursday to discuss their strategy for the remaining part of the season that has been suspended due to the coronavirus crisis.
So far, all the fixtures have been postponed until April 4. According to Sky Sports, there are no plans yet beyond that date.
At the moment, there’s no unity between the clubs: some of them want the season to be completed, while others, like West Ham, demand it to be declared null and void.
It is understood that the picture could become a bit clearer on Tuesday when UEFA stakeholders gather for their meeting.
The Premier League season has been suspended after the news that Chelseawinger Callum Hudson-Odoi, along with Mikel Arteta, tested positive for the coronavirus.
Since then, both of them have assured the public that they feel much better, with Hudson-Odoi going as far as declaring that he’s recovered.
