The official rate today, Monday January 24th, 2022, for £1 pound to naira = ₦562.6977/£1.

According to the data from the CBN, exchange rate between the naira and the British pounds opened at ₦562.6977/£1 on Monday 24th, after it closed at ₦564.498 to a £1 on Friday, 21st January 2022.

Naija News reports that a pound is bought at the official market at N562.0198 and sold for N563.3756.

 

How much is exchange rate of Pounds to Naira in Black Market today?

The exchange rate for a pound to naira at Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market) players buy a dollar for ₦732 and sell for ₦740 on Monday, January 24th 2022, according to sources at Bureau De Change (BDC).

Meanwhile, the long-awaited Dangote oil refinery is set to begin the production of petroleum products in the third quarter of this year.

The refinery’s mechanical work is complete, and by the end of the third quarter, we should be in the market, Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest man, said during a briefing at the plant’s site in Lagos.
