Popular Nollywood Actor, Sisi Quadri Reportedly Dies At 44

A famous Nollywood actor,  Tolani Quadri Oyebamiji, popularly known as Sisi Quadri, is reportedly dead.

His death was announced on Friday by some of his colleagues in the Yoruba movie industry.

Confirming Sisi Quadri’s death, Nollywood actress, Abiola Bayo wrote on her verified Instagram handle, “You will be greatly missed, Sisi Quadri. May your soul rest in perfect peace”.

The cause of his death is yet to be ascertained at the time of filing this report.

Quadri was born on December 25, 1979, in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. He was a prominent Yoruba movie actor, specifically known for his contributions to Nigerian Nollywood films.

Around a decade ago, he embarked on his acting journey, and it was his role in the film “Seranko Seniyan” that earned him the moniker “Sisi Quadri.”

He has established himself as a comedic actor, delighting audiences with his performances in popular Nollywood movies such as “Aje Ni Eegun,” “Iya Oko Mi,” and “Omo Iya Oko.”
