A popular Nollywood actor, Murphy Afolabi, has reportedly died after a tragic incident in his home.
Truetells Nigeria reports that the Osogbo-born actor died in the early hours of Sunday, May 14, 2023.
A fellow actor in the Yoruba movie industry, Tunde Ola-Yusuf, also confirmed the sad incident on Sunday via his Instagram page.
Sharing a picture of the actor, Ola-Yusuf wrote: “REST IN PEACE. “May God give the family and close associates the fortitude to bear the loss.
“Good night Muphy Afolabi.”
The actor recently celebrated his birthday only a few days ago.
