Mr. Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party, and his running mate, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, met Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Nigeria’s former president at the weekend and won his support for the 2023 presidential election.
This is as consultations continue ahead of next year’s election.
Baba-Ahmed shared the photos on his Twitter handle on Sunday.
He captioned them, “Earlier today, myself and H. E. #PeterObi in company of other #NgLabour chieftains consulted with the former President, Olusegun Obasanjo.”
