He established an ISO Certified Group of Hospitals, Savealife Mission Hospitals, which maintains a zero hospital-acquired infection status. The hospitals are equipped with the First Digital Cathlab for Heart, Neuro, and Cardiovascular diseases.

Dr. Richard Okoye in his quest to revolutionize healthcare in Africa, became the first medical doctor to build the First Fully Digitalized hospital in the world, complete with EMR that operates robotically, providing more accurate diagnosis and treatment than the human brain. With the aid of radio frequency, Savealife My Home Clinic app delivers professional health solutions to remote communities where there is no internet and access to medical professionals using hardware that support Telemedicine.
