Nigeria on Friday recorded 238 new cases of COVID-19 as deaths rose to 68, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said in a tweet.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has reported 238 new cases of COVID-19 in the country.
This has increased the total pandemic toll to 2170 with 92 new cases reported in Kano.
For the first time since the first case was recorded, Lagos is not amongst the two most hit states, recording 30 new cases, 6 less than the Federal Capital Territory.
The deaths recorded are now risen to 68, with 1751 active cases of the virus in the country.
COVID-19 has been reported in all but two states in Nigeria.
