Natasha Akpoti Hadiza was born on the 9th of December 1979 and she hails from Kogi state. She is the only daughter of four kids and her mother was a Ukrainian while her dad was a Nigerian. She completed her early education at Christ the King Nursery and Primary School, Okene, Kogi State before she proceeded to Government Girls Unity Secondary School, Ondo State.

Natasha Akpoti went to the University of Abuja where she earned her Bachelor of Law degree. She was called to the Nigerian bar in 2005.
