The Lagos state govt has sealed off a supermarket in the FESTAC area of the state for selling expired products to unsuspecting members of the public.
The state Commissioner of Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, who disclosed this on social media, said the owner of the supermarket will be prosecuted their misconduct.
‘’The Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency (@lasgcopa) seals Blessed Happy Homes Superstore at 6th Avenue, 13th Road, Festac Town, for selling expired products, violating health and safety regulations, putting customers at risk, and engaging in practices that compromise consumer well-being. @followlasg stated that the owner of the supermarket will be prosecuted and face legal consequences for their misconduct.”
