It Requires Strong Will and Self-Denial To Be Able To Put Something Aside For Tomorrow – Adesanya

 

Youths and upcoming generations have been reminded that it requires strong will and self-denial to be able to put something aside for tomorrow so that you can have things to lean upon after retirement.

The Chief Executive Officer, Deemav Exclusive Lounge, Adeola Adesanya, made the pronouncement at the weekend during the unveiling of Deemav Exclusive Lounge in Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.

He maintained that once you have a goal, all your actions should be targeted at the realization of such goals, added that this could only be done with strong will and great self denial, which according to him was a contributory factor towards achieving what stands today as Deemav Exclusive Lounge.

He backed up his point with a personal experience of how no matter how, at the end of each month, he saves half a million naira in his cooperative society’s savings.

While commissioning and dedicating the Lounge, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information and Strategy, Mr Olumide Sogunle congratulated the MD/CEO, Deemav Lounge, for coming up with such a wonderful and visionary idea, which according to him, will further improve the welfare of all people living around Ikeja and Alausa area to wine, relax and have fun after daily hectic work.

He maintained that the Lounge will indeed serve all workers around Ikeja and Alausa axis as a relaxation centre to cool down or looking for a place to have a small group meeting, or just to unwind after a hard day’s work.

Also speaking at the occasion, the Director of Press and Public Relations, Ministry of Information and Strategy, Lagos State, Segun Ogundeji, expressed his delight at the opening of the Lounge; he also congratulated the owner of the edifice.

Also the General Secretary, Nigeria Union of Journalists, Lagos State Chapter, Tunde Olalere, said the idea of having a Lounge very close to journalists’ press centre would no doubt go a long way in making their relaxation easy after each day’s task by members.

“We all know that the job of journalists are not easy, and after excessive hours of looking for news, our body self no be wood, we would definitely need to unwind. Deemav Lounge is indeed a good place of choice for us”, Olalere said.

The occasion was attended by several leading and prominent guests and socialites among others
