The Inter-Party Advisory council (IPAC) has advised the Nigerian public to beware of some national chairmen of political parties purportedly acting on behalf of ipac.
According to the council, they are in gross violation of the orders of court.
In a press releases the subsisting National Chairman of Ipac, Engineer Yabagi Yusuf Sani, warned Nigerians not to fall victims of these individuals who have decided exhibit their lack of respect for the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The Statement read;
Some national chairmen of political parties purportedly acting on behalf of ipac are in gross violation of the orders of court.
On or about the 29th December, 2023,the Federal High Court sitting in Maitama, Abuja, gave an Order, amongst others, that status quo be maintained at the National office of IPAC.
Some individuals however, claiming to have been elected executive members of IPAC, have been parading themselves to unsuspecting members of the public and Government institutions alike, in flagrant disobedience of court order.
I, Engineer Yabagi Yusuf Sani, the subsisting National Chairman of Ipac, am by this notice intimating the unsuspecting public and whoever it may concern, not to fall victims of these individuals who have decided exhibit their lack of respect for the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
