President Muhammadu Buhari has been spotted in a new video joking with the Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo during his state visit to Spain. 

President Buhari was about to pose for photographs with Omeruo, before he stopped and asked: “I hope you are not taller than me?”.
