Governor of Kogi state Ododo appoints Dr. Oladele John as CPS

The new governor of kogi state Ahmed Ododo has appointed Dr. Oladele John Nihi as the Chief Press Secretary to the government.

Ododo during is inaugural speech on Saturday 27th announced John and others into top government official portfolio.

Ododo recongnised the efforts of the new officer appointed and their contribution to the development of the state, through their undisputed, and excellence services.

Oladele John Nihi (born 15 July 1988) is a Nigerian politician and activist serving as the Vice President West Africa of the Panafrican Youth Union, the official youth body of the African Union. He was the Honorable Commissioner for Youth Political Participation of the organization before his election as the Vice President West Africa in 2021. An Alma mater of Kogi State University.

Other appointment made are : State Secretary to the Government Yemi Afolaolashade; Ali Bello as Chief of Staff; Umar Oricha as Director General, Government house administration; Basorhun Asiwaju as Commissioner designate; kingsley Fanwo as commissioner designate; Wemi Jones as commissioner designate; Jerry Omodara commissioner designate.
