Ex-President Jonathan Visits APC National Chairman, Ganduje In Abuja

Former Nigerian president, Goodluck Jonathan, on Friday visited Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), at his Abuja’s residence.

APC shared photographs of the meeting with the ex-president on its verified X account on Friday morning, captioned, “The National Chairman, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, received in audience former President Goodluck Jonathan @GEJonathan at his residence in Abuja.”

 

The details of the meeting are not known as of the time this report was filed, while the Nigerian leader is yet to comment on the visit or state its purpose.

Goodluck Jonathan, had in October, visited President Bola Tinubu at the State House in Abuja.

Jonathan’s visit was about 24 hours after the Supreme Court of Nigeria affirmed Tinubu’s victory in the February 25 presidential election as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
