Elon Musk has warned users on his micro-blogging platform X (formerly Twitter) that they will be penalised for engaging in engagement farming.
The billionaire businessman made this known today via his X account.
He wrote: “Any accounts doing engagement farming will be suspended and traced to source.”
Ever since X users started getting paid by the platform for having massive engagements, some users now engage in any unscrupulous means to chase clout and farm engagement, an act that Musk says will soon be penalised.
