Elderly man commits suicide in Adamawa over hardship

A middle age man identified as Yakubu Mamza, has committed suicide in Jimeta, Adamawa state on Thursday, December 14.

 

According to reports, the deceased who is a father of three, was separated from his wife about two years ago and  has been living alone in an uncompleted building at 80 Housing units Jimeta near Muna Hotel where he committed the act.

 

The reasons behind his action is yet unknown. His corpse has been deposited in a morgue. The state police command is yet to comment on the incident.
