Following the brief transition period, the upgraded platform is now live, empowering customers with unparalleled convenience and transparency.
The new platform introduces several key features, such as:
- Self-Service Portal:Â Customers can now access their accounts to view vending history, consumption patterns, and other vital information.
- Enhanced Complaint Tracking:Â A streamlined system which allows customers to monitor the status of their complaints easily.

EKEDC appreciates its customers’ patience and understanding during the transition period, which lasted from 6 PM on Friday, October 18, to 6 AM on Monday, October 21, 2024. The temporary downtime was necessary to facilitate the upgrade and ensure the optimal performance of the new platform.
