Chatham House, London Plotting To Impose Sick Tinubu On Nigeria As They Did With Buhari In 2015

The presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), Omoyele Sowore, has alleged that Chatham House, a Royal Institute of International Affairs, headquartered in London is working to impose the ailing presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, on Nigeria in 2023.

Sowore, who said it was possible that the United Kingdom’s independent policy institute wrote Tinubu’s speech, said the House was trying to repeat what it allegedly did in 2015 general elections when it worked with the APC to impose President Muhammadu Buhari on Nigerians.

The #RevolutionNow convener said “Pay-Per-Play: @Chatham House working to impose a derelict, sick and delinquent @Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu on Nigeria. They did the same for Muhammadu Buhari!

“They probably wrote his speech too, because once you start to hear “energy security“ know that someone is hailing Britain and America by their middle name. #WeCantContinueLikeThis.”

Recall that in 2015, the then spokesperson of former President Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign organisation, Femi Fani-Kayode, alleged that the All Progressives Congress, (APC), spent N5 billion to set up a speaking engagement for its presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari, at Chatham House, London.

Fani-Kayode popularly known as FFK who was the Minister of Aviation on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) made the allegation after Buhari presented a paper titled “Prospects for Democratic Consolidation in Africa: Nigeria’s Transition” at the Chatham House.

Addressing a press conference in Abuja, Fani-Kayode who is now a member of the ruling APC had insisted that Buhari was in the U.K. for medical purposes and that his presentation was hurriedly arranged while he was in London and his party paid for it.

FFK had said, “The APC leaders begged for the speaking engagement and we are reliably informed that they paid for it.

“The information at our disposal indicates that no less than N5 billion was budgeted for the London jamboree.”
