Kidnapped APC Chairman has been found dead.
TruetellsNigeria reports that the chairman of Nasarawa State chapter of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Philip Shekwor, who was kidnapped by unknown gunmen on Saturday, November 21, has been found dead.
This online news medium had reported earlier that abduction of the APC chairman which occurred Saturday night in Lafia, was confirmed by the commissioner of the state police command, Bola Longe in a telephone interview with journalists on Sunday.
CP Longe had said Shekwor was kidnapped by large number of gunmen at his residence in Lafia around 11 pm on Saturday and was taken to an unknown destination.
Meanwhile, the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party, is yet to react to the death of the kidnapped APC chairman.
