The Nigeria Customs Service Zone ‘A’ Headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos, welcomed Assistant Comptroller General of Customs Charles Orbih as its new Zonal Coordinator on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
In his inaugural address, ACG Orbih emphasized his commitment to strengthening the zonal structure through teamwork, innovation, and stakeholder engagement. He aligned his objectives with the policy thrust of Comptroller General of Customs Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, focusing on consolidation, collaboration, and innovation.
ACG Orbih brings decades of experience to his new role, having served in various capacities, including Customs Area Controller for Imo/Abia Command and Zonal Coordinator for Zone ‘C’. He has also attended numerous professional courses on leadership and management, both locally and globally.
As the new Zonal Coordinator, ACG Orbih is expected to leverage his expertise to enhance the zone’s performance and contribute to the Nigeria Customs Service’s overall success.
