Ogochukwu David Elem, the Ebonyi State APC youth leader, has been identified as one of those who died when a bus plunged into a mine pit in Ebonyi state.
On Saturday, August 14, a minibus that left Abakaliki for Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State plunged into an abandoned mining pit located at Enyigba-Izzi community of the state.
It was gathered that the driver lost control of the bus at Enyigba community and the bus plunged into the flooded mining pit.
Late on Sunday night, word got out that Ebonyi State APC youth leader, David Elem, was one of the victims.
His friends have gone on Facebook to mourn him.
