The Yobe State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammad Gadaka, has predicted that the ruling party will maintain its grip on power in Nigeria for the next 100 years.
He made this assertion during the 2026 Yobe Leadership and Innovation Summit held in Damaturu, where key stakeholders convened to discuss governance and developmental priorities.
Gadaka, who was represented by the State Party Youth Leader, Muhammad Musa Gulani, said the APC’s policies and programmes have laid a solid foundation for long-term political dominance across all tiers of government.
According to him, the party remains focused on retaining control at the federal, state, and local levels well into the future.
He stressed that the APC’s core mission is to improve the welfare of Nigerians and strengthen the country’s unity and growth.
“The vision of our party is to improve the lives of Nigerians and make Nigeria a great country. This party will continue to form governments at all levels for more than 100 years,” he said.
Gadaka noted that sustainable national development requires continuity in leadership and consistent policy direction.
He also disclosed that the party is currently assessing its performance and fine-tuning its strategies to ensure more measurable outcomes.
He urged Nigerians to keep faith with the APC-led administration, expressing optimism that ongoing efforts would eventually translate into tangible economic and social benefits for citizens.
