Nigerian actor and politician, Kenneth Okonkwo, believes that anarchy looms in Nigeria due to policies by the present government.
Okonkwo who served as a spokesperson of the Labour party presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections, said this during a recent interview with journalist, Seun Okinbaloye. Okonkwo said Nigeria is not Lagos where “you sit down and decree things and you expect it to work that way.”
‘’Anarchy looms in Nigeria. Nigeria is not Lagos where you sit down and decree things and you expect it to work that way.”
Okonkwo said he thought the Buhari government was bad but that this government is worse. He took a swipe at President Tinubu for allowing his children stand before Ministers in the order of protocols during his visit in Qatar earlier this month.
‘’You don’t compare gold with carrots. You know what it means when you place your children in the order of protocol before Ministers of the Federal Ministers of Nigeria. You are allowing somebody to come to Aso Rock , sitting on the coat of arms to call our military men thieves.”
With regards to appointment, Okonkwo said the Tinubu government is not only concentrating on people from the South West but on those from the Lagos axis of the ‘Jagabanic proteges’’
