Anambra Guber: How AAC Candidate, Dr. Nwankwo will win in November 6 Anambra

As Anambra State goes to the polls on Saturday to elect a new governor, it does appear that the circumstances that forced Anambra politicians off the streets of conventional politicking is actually a blessing in disguise.

It saved the Anambra electorate the psychological torture of listening to cheap lies, strange theories and wild assumptions of desperate politicians who say and do anything in order to deceive the electorate and extort their votes.

Without a platform for their usual mendacity and routine deception, the electorate began private investigations and studies of the various candidates, their antecedents, records of community service and success in chosen fields of endeavour.

The inquisition separated candidates like Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo from political jobbers, political opportunists and mere contractors, who survive on government patronage and are not known to have created or sustained any business idea or engaged in any endeavour that created opportunities for others.

In a free and fair election in Anambra State at any time, Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo will be shoulders above many candidates because of his intimidating antecedents. In the last 34 years, Dr. Nwankwo started humbly and today, by dint of hard work, he sits atop five functional industries with global standards and recognition, which verifiably offers employment to over 5000 people, out of which over 3000 are from Anambra State. These people have families and friends and they will vote on Saturday. A man who managed his private businesses into global excellence can be trusted to lead a state.

In the past 30 years, Dr. Nwankwo founded and funded a very critical foundation known as Kingdom Care Foundation, KCF, which he has used over the years to empower the poor, the needy and the helpless. The number of men, women and youths who have benefitted from Dr. Nwankwo’s philanthropy is huge and these people are also voters who will vote on Saturday.

The election will hold on in Anambra and not outside the state. The era of inducing voters with cups of rice, matches and T – shirts are shamefully in the past. Ndi Anambra have taken strong positions against those who spent long years in high government appointments but have no honesty record of community service.

They have also taken strong positions against those who are known to be owing banks and those whose businesses and assets have been confiscated by the Assets Management Company of Nigeria, AMCON. We will never hand Anambra over to these bankrupts and crass opportunists.

This is why we have no fears or equivocations about Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo’s electoral success on Saturday. He has built enormous goodwill helping the less privileged with his Foundation. He has built industries and he employs thousands of people, who have families, friends and acquaintances, who will vote on Saturday.

For thirty years, long before he thought of contesting for the governorship, he has been using private resources to provide business startups and general philanthropy for Ndi Anambra. On Saturday, Ndi Anambra and not foreigners will vote. That is why Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo will win on Saturday.
