A company in Lagos has alleged that Adamakin Investment Works LTD and other suspects led over 20 mobile policemen and soldiers into the company’s site at olopmeta Community in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos State.
According to their solicitors A.G Giwa – Amu and company, the suspects in name of Adamakin Investment alleged that they heve a supreme Court
Judgement of 14th day of July 2000, to execute and proceed to forcefully take possession of the property.
In his petition against forged judgment from supreme Court used in taking over the property, the solicitor said that the suspect have also at different time impersonated the executors of the estate of late Iyaloja Abibatu Mogaji, mother of the former governor of Lagos State, to carry out their naferious actions.
